Eurostone Machine USA (ESM) is the leading distributor of stone processing equipment in the US and Canada. We provide individual machines, entire factories, and spare parts to fabricators and quarries, along with exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- Must have prior experience in the stone industry, manufacturing, or mining equipment.
- Must be willing to travel at least once per month.
- Must be willing to attend company meetings, trade shows or events, and be available to take calls during business hours.
- Must have a valid passport & driver’s license
- Must be capable of using MS Office/Adobe (prefer experience with AutoCAD also)
- Experience reading blueprints/schematics
- Must have people skills and a proven track record of successful people management
Primary Responsibilities
- Travel to companies and businesses to discuss equipment needs or layout.
- Check out existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- Provide competitive information such as pricing data, layouts or manufacturing process suggestions to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
- Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules by working closely with the COO.
- Recommend solutions to product-related problems.
- Attend morning meeting with sales team daily.
- Review monthly the best monitoring sales report with salespeople to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
- Create and present an ROI spreadsheet to decision makers of the company.
- Calculate current capacity and extrapolate increased capacity through ESM’s proposed solution.
